Accounting, Payroll, Compilation & Review Services
We assist you in designing a workable system of accounting and record-keeping procedures whether done on/off site by our staff or by yours. We can prepare or review your payroll and sales tax reporting, on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Your transactional data can be reviewed by us and summarized in a variety of financial statement formats--for use by management in decision-making and to meet
external, state and federal agency requirements.
We offer an on-line 'Accountant's Review' service for our clients who enter their own day-to-day transactions in MYOB, QuickBooks, or Peachtree. Clients may send us a secure e-mail of their accounting data file (or regular mail us a floppy disk, zip disk, or CD) on a monthly or quarterly basis. We review the accounting data and make adjustments, corrections, and recommendations to improve the accuracy of the data and also to improve overall business profitability. We can e-mail back any adjusting journal entries needed and merge this with our client's data file or make the updates during a routine site visit or management meeting.
