James B. Tilton, CPA

Mr. Jim Tilton assists closely held businesses in the effective use of
accounting software to increase business profits, and provides tax
planning and preparation and accounting services. Mr. Tilton has over
twenty years experience in the disciplines of finance, accounting,
taxations, and marketing. He was employed previously by Fortune 500
corporations Intel and AT&T.

Relevant Experiences

His prior work experiences include financial analysis and asset plan
development for Lincoln Savings and Loan (during receivership) and
Great American Bank. He is particularly skilled at development and
implementation of business and marketing plans, analysis of detailed
data and preparation of clear and concise management summary
presentations.

He has served new ventures and growing businesses for over ten years
in the areas of taxation, accounting, finance, marketing, and business
computer systems. He manages the firm to oversee services provided in
business taxation as well as accounting software consulting. Mr. Tilton
holds degrees in business and science from Arizona State University.
Prior to establishing the accounting and consulting practice, Mr. Tilton
worked in finance and marketing at Intel Corporation and AT&T.

Education, Training and Professional Affiliations

Mr. Tilton holds degrees in science and business from ASU and
completed marketing and management mainline courses at Intel and
AT&T. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona, and
MYOB Certified Consultant and QuickBooks Professional Advisor. He
maintains the Arizona State Board of Accountancy Continuing
Professional Education requirement of over eighty hours of professional
training every two years. Member of the American Institute of CPAs
(AICPA) and Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA).
